【如何使用】
(1)主體為雙袋。請在不撕破外袋的情況下使用。
(2) 加熱前擦去微波爐內的污垢。
* 如果污垢附著在主體上，只有該部分會異常加熱，袋子可能會融化並撕裂。
(3) 放入微波爐加熱。
* 確保凝膠無偏，待整體均勻後再加熱。

500w微波加熱器：加熱1分30秒，然後倒過來加熱1分30秒

600w微波加熱器：加熱1分20秒，然後倒過來加熱1分20秒

1000w微波加熱器：加熱1分鐘，然後倒過來加熱1分鐘

(4) 使用前將主體放入專用袋中。

【加熱注意事項】
(1)一定要觀察微波加熱器的輸出功率和加熱時間。
* 如果加熱過度，內袋可能會損壞，熱的內容物可能會洩漏或散落，導致灼傷。
(2) 加熱過程中，如果主體膨脹或內袋破損，出現紅色凝膠，請立即關閉微波爐，等待足夠時間冷卻，然後打開微波爐門。
(3) 如果要在溫熱時重新加熱主機，請在檢查溫熱的同時加熱 10 到 20 秒。
(4)不要使用自動模式（自動加熱、自動加熱等）。有過熱的危險。
(5) 袋子的強度可能因長期使用或使用條件而下降。如果發現主體有裂紋或撕裂等異常情況，請丟棄並更換新產品。
(6) 即使如圖所示加熱，主體表面也可能局部變熱，因此從微波爐中取出時要小心。

【how to use】
(1) The main body is a double bag. Please use without tearing the outer bag.
(2) Wipe off any dirt in the microwave before heating.
* If dirt adheres to the main body, only that part will be heated abnormally, and the bag may melt and tear.
(3) Put it in the microwave and heat it.
* Make sure that the gel is not biased, and then heat it after making it uniform as a whole.

500w microwave heater:   heat it up for 1 min 30 seconds then turn it upside down heat again for 1 min 30 seconds

600w microwave heater:   heat it up for 1 min 20 seconds then turn it upside down heat again for 1 min 20 seconds

1000w microwave heater:   heat it up for 1 min then turn it upside down heat again for 1 min

(4) Put the main body in the special cover before use.

[Caution for heating]
(1) Be sure to observe the microwave heater output and heating time.
* If heated too much, the inner bag may de damaged and the hot contents may leak or scatter, resulting in burns.
(2) If the main body swells or the inner bag damaged and red gel comes out during heating, immediately switch off the microwave oven, allow enough time for it to cool, and then open the microwave oven door..
(3) If you want to reheat the main unit when it is warm, heat it for 10 to 20 seconds while checking the warmth.
(4) Do not use the automatic mode (auto heating, automatic heating, etc.). There is a risk of overheating.
(5) The strength of the bag may decrease due to long-term use or usage conditions. If any abnormality is found in the main body such as cracks or tears, discard it and replace it with a new product.
(6) Even if you heat it as shown, the surface of the main body may become partially hot, so be careful when removing it from the microwave.
(7) Do not heat in the microwave while it is still in the cover.
(8) Do not allow children to heat or take it out.
