運送政策

 

We ship all goods via Japan Post. For package under 1.7kg, we provide EMS, ePacket and ePacket light. For package over 1.7kg and under 27.5kg, we provide EMS, SAL, Small Parcel and Surface shipping.

The delivery time varies from countries to countries. On average:

EMS           1 week

ePacket     2 weeks

ePacket light  3 weeks

SAL          3 weeks

Small Parcel   2weeks

Surface      5 weeks    

Plus local handling time on average 1 week.

We always strike a balance between delivery time and cost to provide the most reasonable delivery method.


Custom Inspection

 

●  All International orders are subject to customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes.

●  These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped to and payment is the responsibility of the customer.

●  Shipping charges, taxes, and other country's fees are non-refundable.

●  You can reject the parcel then it will be returned back to the sender. We will contact you as soon as it arrives and we proceed a partial refund(less original shipping fee).

 

Return Policy

 

●  You may return any unopened merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

●  Return shipping cost is not covered unless we send the wrong or defective product.

●  We accept returns anytime within 30 days period from the receipt, but we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our fault.

●  If your package is returned marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped or refund, we will, unfortunately, need to charge the resending shipping cost.

●  When you want to get a refund instead, we are available to proceed partial refund, deducted original shipping cost and restocking fee equal to 20% of the goods price.
(This restocking fee contains return shipping charge we had to cover and items' re-stocking fee)

Refund Policy 

 ● We have a 60-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 60 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full-refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number.

● This only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process. 

● We cannot give a full refund if, for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address, you miss the package because you are absent. In that case, we'll give you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee). In the case of re-shipment, we'll send you an invoice for the re-shipping fee.
